Camper 4x4 offers special structures on chassis of all types of off-road vehicles for independent finishing or comprehensively equipped.

Every tourist vehicle or a cabin produced by us is unique and created upon special order of the future owner.

Cabins created by us are characterized by significantly greater endurance than average camping vehicles, thanks to the use of special materials.

Sandwich-type walls, completely free from wooden elements, are made of:

• laminate, 2.5 mm thick, applied on both sides and reinforced by glass fabric;
• Styrofoam, 55 mm thick, which is at the same time an insulating and structural element;
• doors and boot flaps devoid of cold bridges;
• aluminium angle irons with dimensions 100 x 120 x 4 mm acting as reinforcement;

and finishing of all connections.

The vacuum press owned by us, whose dimensions are 3 x 14 m, allows us to execute the front wall, the roof and the back wall as a single element. This improves the structural resistance and enhances tightness of the structure.

On account of the intended use of the vehicle and conditions in which it is used, connection of the structure with the vehicle frame is a very important element. Special flexible clasps applied by our company prevent transfer of strains from the chassis to the cabin, thereby increasing durability and reliability of a 4 x 4 camper.
